The choice between a sonic toothbrush and a rotating toothbrush ultimately depends on personal preference and dental needs. Sonic toothbrushes use high-frequency vibrations to clean teeth and gums, while rotating toothbrushes have bristles that spin in a circular motion. Sonic toothbrushes are often preferred for their ability to reach deep between teeth and along the gum line, while rotating toothbrushes may be better for removing surface stains and plaque. It's important to consider factors such as sensitivity, gum health, and specific dental concerns when choosing between the two types of toothbrushes. **
