The Romet ZTX 50 can be restricted in a few ways to limit its speed and power. One way is to install a restrictor plate or throttle stop, which limits the amount the throttle can be opened, thus reducing the top speed of the bike. Another method is to adjust the carburetor to restrict the amount of fuel and air mixture entering the engine, which can also limit its power output. Additionally, the gearing of the bike can be modified to reduce its top speed. These restrictions can be useful for beginner riders or for complying with local regulations. **
