In VB, you can generate random numbers using the `Rnd` function. This function returns a random number between 0 and 1. You can also use the `Randomize` statement to initialize the random number generator with a seed value, which can help produce different sequences of random numbers. Additionally, you can use the `Int` function to generate random integers within a specific range. For example, `Int((upperbound - lowerbound + 1) * Rnd + lowerbound)` will generate a random integer between `lowerbound` and `upperbound`. **

In ETFs, 'ter' stands for Total Expense Ratio. This ratio represents the total costs associated with owning an ETF, including management fees, administrative expenses, and other operational costs. It is expressed as a percentage of the fund's total assets and is deducted from the fund's returns. Investors should pay attention to the TER when evaluating ETFs as it can impact their overall investment performance. **

"Ter baumeln" is a German phrase that translates to "dangle" or "hang" in English. In a greenie, it could refer to the act of letting something hang freely or loosely, such as branches or vines hanging down from a tree. It could also be used metaphorically to describe a relaxed or carefree state of being, similar to how things dangle freely in nature. **

To become fatter and thicker, one can focus on increasing their calorie intake by consuming more high-calorie foods such as nuts, avocados, and fatty meats. Additionally, incorporating strength training exercises into their fitness routine can help build muscle mass and contribute to a thicker physique. It's important to note that gaining weight in a healthy way involves a balanced diet and regular exercise, and it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to one's diet or exercise routine. **

The comparison between COB (Cost of Business) and VB (Value of Business) depends on the specific context and perspective. In some cases, the COB may be greater than the VB if the expenses incurred in running the business exceed the value generated. However, in other situations, the VB may be greater than the COB if the business is highly profitable and generates significant value compared to its costs. Ultimately, it is important to analyze both the cost and value aspects of a business to determine its overall performance and sustainability. **

COB (Close of Business) and VB (Visual Basic) are two different concepts and cannot be directly compared in terms of size. COB typically refers to the end of the business day, while VB is a programming language developed by Microsoft. Therefore, it is not appropriate to say that one is bigger than the other. **

VB (Visual Basic) is a binding language, meaning that it is tightly integrated with the .NET framework and its libraries. This means that VB code is bound to the features and functionality provided by the .NET framework, and it cannot easily be separated from it. While there may be some flexibility in how VB code is written and structured, it is not considered negotiable in the sense that it can be easily decoupled from the .NET framework. **
